New Sports
Program
We are
beginning a new sports program that will begin the week of April
12th and end the week of May 17th. This
program is open to all SJV students in grades 1-4. We are doing
a multi-sport program that I s designed to teach the fundamental
skills for that game and also provide a fun afternoon for the
kids.
Week 1 and
2: Soccer (field)
Week 3:
Team handball (field)
Week 4:
Kick ball (field)
Week 5:
Floor Hockey (3rd and 4th) or Pillo polo
(1st and 2nd) (gym)
Week 6:
Basketball (gym)
1st
and 2nd grades will play every Tuesday from 3-4pm.
3rd
and 4th grades will play every Thursday from 3-4pm.

2010 SJV Summer Camp
Sports, computers, drama, game
time, dance party, exercise, arts and crafts, talent show,
movies

Camp is open each day from 9am
4pm.
Early morning drop-off available
from 7:30 9am: $15/week
Late pick-up available from
4-5:30pm: $15/week
All campers are responsible to bring their own bag-lunch that we
will store in the refrigerator. Please no lunches which require
heating. Drinks will be provided.
Morning and afternoon snacks are also provided.
For safety purposes we ask that all campers wear comfortable
athletic sneakers. No sandals, crocs, slippers, etc.
Each camper will also receive 1 complimentary T-shirt per week
they attend.
Registration is open to all current first thru eighth grade
SJV students only.
Campers can register for any or all weeks that they would like
to attend.

The Catholic Middle
School Athletic Conference (CMAC) sponsors all competitive
activities in which students of St. John Vianney School
participate.
Students in grades 5-8 can
participate in soccer, volleyball, basketball, and track.
