Tuition Categories
Tuition rates vary depending on the
family's category. The categories are defined as follows:
- Category 1 - Registered active and supportive
parishioner of St. John Vianney parish. An active and
supportive parish member is one who attends mass regularly and
is involved in the parish stewardship program of Time, Talent,
and Treasure. Treasure is defined as the regular use of
envelopes (identifiable contribution).
- Category 2 - Registered active and supportive
parishioner of a neighboring parish. Must have signed form
by pastor.
- Category 3 - Non-supportive Catholic or
member of another faith community.
Current Parishioner - Current School Parent
Movement from Tuition Category 1 to Tuition Category 2:
- The Parish Administrator upon review of the
parent's offertory records will place parent in the appropriate
tuition category at the time of registration.
- Offertory records will be reviewed after six
months to ensure that the parents continue to qualify for
Category 1 tuition rates.
- If the parents do not qualify for Category 1, they will be
moved to Category 2 and the remainder of the years tuition will
be billed at Category 2 tuition rates.
- No other review will take place until the time of
registration for the following school year.
